Sun. Feb 1 - YCL Camp Kickoff meeting - 5:00-6:45 pm, Grant Rd (1300 Grant Road, Los Altos, CA 94024), Nursery Room
Sun. March 1 (all meetings at Stake Center, Grant Road):
3:30-4:30pm Kickoff meeting with YW presidents and Ward Camp Directors (Introduce theme, assign areas of responsibility for ward camp directors), RS Room
4:30-5:15pm Area leads can drop by to chat with camp directors, RS Room
5:30-6:45pm YCL Meeting - Nursery Room at Grant Rd. (Important camp planning)
Wed. April 1- Online registration begins: www.losaltosstakeywcamp.org
*Probably Sat. April 25- YCL dinner & late night meeting - 6:00- 10:00pm (food, fun, & camp planning) Location:: TBD
Wed. April 29 - Back to camp activity! All YW! 7:00-8:15 pm, Fremont Ave (771 W Fremont Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94087)
Sun. May 3 - All Staff Camp meeting - 7:00-8:15pm, YW AND RS Rooms at Grant Rd (Introductions, Leadership and First aid training)
Wed. May 6 - Online registration ends Health History & Release Forms, and Payment Due!!
Tues. May 12 or 19 - Unit leader dinner and Training meeting - 6:30-8:30 pm (Location TBD)
Sun. May 31- YCL Meeting - 6:45 - 8:00 pm, Grant Rd, YW Room
Sat. June 6 - All Staff & YCL Crunch and Munch - 10am-1 pm (lanyard prep, decorations), 771 W Fremont Ave., Sunnyvale
Wed. June 10- Pack check for 3rd and 4th year Hikers, 771 W Fremont Ave., Sunnyvale
Sun. June 14 - Mandatory Health check for ALL CAMPERS AND STAFF. Current plan, but check back for updates:
Grant - 8:30-9:00 a.m., 11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. and 1:30-3:00 pm in the YW room

7:30 a.m.- 4th Years meet, drop off labeled luggage, head on hike
8:00 a.m. - 3rd Years meet, drop off labeled luggage, head on hike;
8:00 a.m. - YCLs meet, drop off labeled luggage, head to Clark Fork
Tues. June 16 - 1st & 2nd years leave for Clark Fork, 771 W Fremont Ave., Sunnyvale
8:00 a.m. - 1st and 2nd Years meet, drop off labeled luggage, head to Clark Fork
Sat. June 20 - All Campers return home
Estimated check out is 11:30 a.m. (if all chores are done), and takes about 3 1/2 hours to return
Estimated return time is 3:30 p.m. for all campers (assistance unpacking gear is appreciated)
