We are excited for Young Women Camp 2025 at Camp Liahona Clark Fork! Registration is simple with the following steps. Before proceeding, have medical and emergency contact information ready. If you have any questions, please contact your Ward Camp Director, or April Slaugh (aprilslaugh@yahoo.com).
STEP ONE: ONLINE REGISTRATION HERE
STEP TWO: COMPLETE HEALTH HISTORY & MEDICAL RELEASE AND CAMP RELEASE
Once you have registered online, please follow the link to sign the required items.
TIP 1: It is recommended to complete the following electronic forms on a larger computer or tablet screen, if possible. Some of the fields may be difficult to read and sign on a smartphone. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact your Ward Camp Director, or April Slaugh (aprilslaugh@yahoo.com), and we would be happy to assist with the registration.
TIP 2: When filling out the electronic forms with a computer, you can hit the TAB button on your keyboard to move to the next field. Please review each before proceeding to the next one, even the optional ones, as they may apply to the participant.

STEP THREE: SUBMIT PAYMENT TO WARD CAMP DIRECTOR
Camp Fees for 2025 are $250 per youth. There is no charge for any adult coming to camp.
Check with your ward Young Women president, as your ward might be doing a fundraiser to cover the cost of camp.
Make checks payable to your ward (ex: Woodland Park Ward) and reference Young Women Camp.
STEP FOUR: ADULTS - COMPLETE PROTECTING CHILDREN AND YOUTH
This training is for anyone called to work with children or youth.
STEP FIVE: ADULTS - COMPLETE LIVESCAN FINGERPRINTING
Please note that background checks performed for other organizations (Work, volunteering at School, Scouts, etc.), even if done recently, are not able to be used for this purpose. You will need to get a new background check that is specifically submitted to the Church.
All leaders must be fingerprinted before going to Young Women Camp. Here are the steps:
Print and fill out a background check application form.

2. Make an appointment at a location that provides Live Scan services.
3. Take the completed form to your appointment. The appointment generally takes less than 15 minutes. You will be charged $15-$40.
4. Submit your receipt to your ward financial clerk or the stake clerk for reimbursement (stake clerk is David Cutler: david.cutler.wp@gmail.com).
